ClickBank experienced an issue affecting JV contracts from approximately 8 AM PT, June 15, to 12:15 PM PT, June 16. During the event duration, joint venture contracts did not process properly, and the associated JV payouts were not distributed.
The root cause has been identified and resolved. JV contracts are functioning as expected. Our team is currently reviewing the impacted transactions and working to make all necessary payout corrections within each impacted nickname account.
