We recently rolled out an update to our Instant Notification Service (INS) that has inadvertently caused some INS/IPN URLs to become unverified based on mismatched failed responses from receiving systems. This has temporarily paused INS messages for some users.

We have identified and implemented a fix. INS is now functioning properly and as expected.

We are working quickly to reverify INS/IPN URLs on clients' behalf. If you notice your INS has become unverified in the CB system, navigate inside your CB account to Vendor Settings>My Site> Scroll down to Advanced Tools>Click "edit" > Click "Test IPN.
